Our refund policy lasts for the first 50 days of your subscription. If 50 days have passed since your first subscription, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

If this is your first time subscribing to any of our services, and you have subscribed to a group, you will receive a 100% refund of the unused lessons if we receive an email on support@eduolic.com, of the course cancellation under the subject “Course Cancellation” before the end of the refund period (50 days). If we receive the email after the refund period (50 days), you will not be eligible for a refund. The Academy has the right to close the group if one of its members withdraws, and 100% of the unused sessions will be refunded. • In the case of private subscriptions, you can cancel the subscription at any time and receive a 100% refund of the unused sessions. Once your email is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your refund email. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@eduolic.com.

students

• Please note that the student may not miss classes in order to obtain the desired benefits of the course. • In case of group subscription, if the student has an urgent excuse for absence, the student must study the material covered during that course and the homework. Then, in the next class, the teacher will check the assignment with the student and explain what he did not understand. If the parent wishes to reschedule, the parent will bear a rescheduling fee of $ 10 paid in advance. • In case of private subscriptions, you can cancel the class 24 hours before its scheduled time and reschedule it again during the same month by choosing between one of the two different times that the academy will offer.

Teacher

If a teacher needs to reschedule, the academy will suggest a substitute teacher. We offer two different times to make up for a missed class if the parent declines the substitute teacher.

late arrival

 Lessons must start on time. The teacher waits for students for only 10 minutes. Eduolic Academy cannot make up for lost time due to late arrivals or technical difficulties, such as interruptions, slow internet or computer inefficiency.
