For Eduolic Academy, we select and train the top 1% of expert instructors.
Group subscription
You cannot miss classes to benefit from the course. If a student has an urgent absence from group participation,
they must review the material from that session and complete the assignment. Then, in the next class, the teacher
will check the assignment with the student and explain what he did not understand.
If you wish to reschedule, you must pay a $10 rescheduling fee in advance.
If a teacher needs to reschedule, the academy will suggest a substitute teacher. If the parent rejects the
substitute teacher, we will provide two times to make up for the missed class.
Lessons must start on time. The teacher waits for students for only 10 minutes. Eduolic Academy cannot make up for lost time due to late arrivals or technical difficulties, such as interruptions, slow internet or computer inefficiency.
For the benefit of all students in the group, please note that we cannot freeze group membership. However, we
will remove you from the group, and after the 15-day freeze period, you can either join private lessons or a new
group, if available.
If this is your first time subscribing to any of our services and you joined a group, you can receive a 100% refund of
your unused lessons if you send an email to support@eduolic.com with the subject “Course Cancellation” before
the refund period ends (50 days). If we receive the email after the refund period (50 days), you will not be eligible for
a refund.
Private Lessons Subscription (1-1)
You must attend all classes to reap the benefits of the course. For private subscriptions, you can cancel the class 24
hours before its scheduled time by sending us an email at support@eduolic.com and reschedule it again during the
same month by choosing one of the two different times that the academy will offer.
In case of no-show for the session, the teacher will wait only 10 minutes and the system will automatically count the session.
If the teacher needs to reschedule, the academy will suggest a substitute teacher. If the parent rejects
the substitute teacher, we will provide two different times to make up for the postponed class.

system that prioritizes student well-being.
You must freeze before the new month, giving at least one
week’s notice by email to support@eduolic.com.
The maximum allowed freeze period is 15 days.
You will not be able to freeze your subscription again until
you have completed a full month of lessons.
If this is your first time subscribing to any of our services and your subscription is for private lessons, you can cancel at any time and receive a 100% refund on unused lessons.

Please make sure your child:
1. Wears outerwear, not sleepwear.
2. Sits at a table or desk, not on a bed.
3. Sits in a quiet space.
4. Has everything, they need nearby, including water, snacks, tissues, a pencil, paper, and an eraser.
5. Log in to the session 5 minutes beforehand to check the internet connection, microphone, camera, etc.
Yes, please ensure that your child hands in their homework before the due date.
Do you assess students’ learning?
Yes, we conduct assessments on three bases:
• First is the continuous assessment (during lessons).
• Second is the monthly assessment.
• Third, there is a final assessment at the end of each course.
Additionally, assessments of students are based on their attendance, participation, and timely completion of homework.
Yes, we provide three types of reports to our parents.
•You will receive a report after each session.
•You will receive a report
after every eight sessions.
•You will receive a report by the end of the course.

Although this is extremely rare as our lessons are full of fun and interactive games, in this case, your
child’s teacher and the academy will design an action plan that delves into the causes of the
problem. Accordingly, you will receive an email to set up a parent meeting to discuss the problem
and solutions. Ultimately, we will guide your child through a month-long action plan. If the action
plan does not improve your child’s assessments, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the lessons
not used by the student.
