Throughout this ongoing program, students will have two weekly sessions with the teacher to cover the following topics:
• New vocabulary words: 10-15 new words/unit.
• Grammar: sentences structures – Different types of sentences – Declarative (Make a statement) – Interrogative (Ask a question) using the vocabulary words learnt at the session.
• Phonics: each class centers on specific sounds or letters that facilitate reading and pronunciation skills.
• Numeracy skills: numbers and counting.
• Review: each lesson reviews the last to ensure the students are remembering the material.

Assessments will be taken by the end of every lesson, unit and at the end of the course.

A Feedback report and a certificate will be sent to parents/guardians after unit and end of course assessments so parents can be involved with the student’s progress.

Who is this course for? Little to no English experience needed. It is recommended for a parent/guarding to be near or next to their child during class time to be sure that time is being used to its full potential.

Course format: Using slides, videos and online games is a way to guarantee engagement and enjoyment while learning a new language!
