Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts for your first 50 days of subscription. If 50 days have passed since your first subscription, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

If this is your first time subscribing to any of our services, and you subscribed to a group, a 100% refund of your unused lessons is allowed if we receive an email on support@eduolic.com, of the course cancellation under the heading (Subject) “Course Cancellation” before the refund period ends (50 days).

 If we receive the email after the refund period (50 days), you are not eligible for refund.

The academy has the right to shut the group if one of its members withdraws, and a 100% of the unused sessions will be refunded.

• In the case of private subscriptions, you can cancel the subscription at any time and receive a 100% refund of your unused sessions.

Once your email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a 15 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Rescheduling

Students

• Please note that it is not allowed to miss classes for the student to be able to get the desired benefits from the course.

•In the case of subscribing to a group, If the student has an urgent excuse of absence, the student has to study the material covered during that session and does the homework. Then, in the next class, the teacher will check the assignment with the student and explain what he/she did not understand. If the parent wishes to reschedule, the parent shall bear a rescheduling fee of $10 paid in advance.

• In the case of private subscriptions, you can cancel the class 24 hours before its scheduled date and reschedule it again during the same month by choosing between one of the two different timings the academy will offer.

Teacher

In case the teacher needs to reschedule, the academy will suggest a substitute teacher. We provide two different timings to make up for the missing class if the parent refuses the substitute teacher.

Late arrival

Lessons are to start on time. The teacher waits for the students for only 10 minutes. Eduolic Academy cannot compensate for the lost time due to late arrival or technical difficulties, such as interruption, slow internet, or computer inefficiency.
