Group Subscription

Please note that you are not allowed to miss classes to be able to get the desired benefits from the course.

In the case of subscribing to a group, If the student has an urgent excuse for absence, the student has to study the material covered during that session and do the homework. Then, in the next class, the teacher will check the assignment with the student and explain what he/she did not understand.

If you wish to reschedule, you shall bear a rescheduling fee of $10 paid in advance.

In case the teacher needs to reschedule, the academy will suggest a substitute teacher.

If the parent refuses the substitute teacher, we will provide two timings to make up for the missing class.

Lessons are to start on time. The teacher waits for the students for only 10 minutes. Eduolic Academy cannot compensate for the lost time due to late arrival or technical difficulties, such as interruption, slow internet, or computer inefficiency.

Be aware that it is not possible to freeze a Group subscription for the sake of all students in the group. But, you’ll be removed from the group, and after the freezing period (15 days) you can either join private sessions or a new group if available.

If this is your first time subscribing to any of our services, and you subscribed to a group, a 100% refund of your unused lessons is allowed if we receive an email on support@eduolic.com, of the course cancellation under the heading (Subject) “Course Cancellation” before the refund period ends (50 days).

 If we receive the email after the refund period (50 days), you are not eligible for refund.

Private (1-1) Subscription

Please note that you are not allowed to miss classes to be able to get the desired benefits from the course.

In the case of private subscriptions, you can cancel the class 24 hours before its scheduled date by sending us an email at support@eduolic.com and rescheduling it again during the same month by choosing between one of the two different timings the academy will offer.

In case of not showing up for the session, the teacher will wait for only 10 minutes and the system will automatically count the session.

In case the teacher needs to reschedule, the academy will suggest a substitute teacher.

A student may take 15 days off due to his/her circumstances. We designed a freezing system that prioritizes the students’ welfare.
– Freezing should be made before the new month with a minimum of 1 Week Notice email to support@eduolic.com
– The allowed freezing duration is 15 days 

You won’t be able to freeze your subscription again until you’ve completed a full month of lessons.

If this is your first time subscribing to any of our services and your subscription is for private sessions, you can cancel the subscription at any time and receive a 100% refund of your unused sessions.

Sessions Regulations

As we all know, Online learning is now a significant part of our life, and it will take a more significant role in the future. This section will help our parents and their little ones with some essential steps to follow. Please be noted that the objective of these notes is to have a 100% successful online session.

Please make sure your child is:

  1. wearing an outdoor outfit and not their PJs.
  2. sitting on a table or a desk and not in bed.
  3. sitting in a quiet place.
  4. having all the essentials around him (Water, snacks, tissue, pencil & paper)
  5. logged into the session 5 minutes earlier to check the connection, mic, camera etc.

Yes, please make sure that your child delivers his/her homework before the due date.

Yes, assessments are to be taken on three bases;

  • First, is the ongoing assessment (during the sessions).
  • Second, is monthly assessment.
  • Third, is a summative assessment by the end of every level.

Moreover, the students are to be evaluated based on their attendance, participation, and delivering homework on time.

Yes, our parents receive 3 kinds of reports:

  • Daily Reports
  • End-of-Month report
  • End-of-Level Report

Although this is extremely rare to happen because our sessions are full of fun and interactive games, in this case, your child’s teacher and the academy will design an action plan that digs deeper into the reasons behind the problem. Accordingly, you’ll receive an email for setting up a parent meeting to discuss the problem and solutions. Finally, we’ll work with your child according to the designed action plan for a month.
In case the action plan didn’t reflect improvement in your child’s assessments, you’ll be eligible for a 100% refund.
